Terms and conditions & exchange policy

These terms apply to every order from the Tanweer store. By placing an order you agree to them.

Terms and conditions

Prices are in Egyptian pounds and cover the books only; any payment-method or delivery fee is shown before you place the order.
We re-check stock and prices when you place the order and tell you if anything changed before you confirm.
Every order starts as “Order received”, and our team confirms it before preparing and shipping it.
Cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash.
Card: the order is marked paid only after the payment succeeds.
Transfer (InstaPay or Vodafone Cash): send the amount, write the order number in the transfer note, then upload a photo of the receipt (image or PDF, up to 5 MB) for us to review.
You can cancel an order from its page as long as it hasn’t been confirmed yet.
If you paid in advance and the order is cancelled or declined, we refund the same payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

If a book arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with the order number and photos of the problem.
We’ll review it and tell you how to exchange it.
